What is involved?
The CLEARFLOW® power flushing pump is simply connected into the heating system, either across standard circulator pump couplings, across the tails of one radiator, or wherever most practicable. The powerful flow, combined with instantaneous flow reverser device, will dislodge and mobilise deposits and corrosion which resist traditional system cleaning methods.

How long does it take?
A week before, we put a cleaning solution in to your system. Over the week this solution goes around inside your system, cleaning and moving the sludge and dislodging any scale. A week later we start early morning and keep going until all is finished. It's usually 9am until around 4pm. We clean out the header tank, flush each radiator individually and flush the coil in the cylinder. We then check your system for particles per ml. we have specialised meters which take readings of the system water. We then put in the protecting solution which lasts for 12 months. Every 12 months we suggest a top up of this solution in line with manufacturers guide lines.

What is a Power Flush?
The objective is to restore systems with circulation and boiler noise problems (caused by sludge and corrosion deposits) to optimum operation. Power flushing removes these deposits and the problems that they cause.

How much will it cost?
A normal house will cost around £350.00, some of our competitors charge alot more. Our price includes all labour, the cleaning solution, the protecting solution and a monitoring certificate. If any valves or pumps are found to be faulty then they are replaced at a small extra cost. Before we replace anything we will ask for your permission.
